Can I point you to Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Chemistry/Structure drawing - we are engaged in moving all structure off of en-wiki to commons, as searching for structure on en-wiki is impossible. All the structure on commons are therefore in categories, making them easier to find. If you also make them in svg, it would be even better - thanks for your time.
