Please clarify[edit]

You made this comment just now at Talk:Ganas: "I could imagine taking issue with 'standard-issue' or 'friendly' but let's put it aside." Well, I'd rather hear what you have to say about that actually, if you don't mind.
I started getting some very negative vibes from you, Taisha24, a day or two ago. I think I have been exceptionally tolerant, patient, and encouraging with you since you became involved in the Ganas article a week or two ago. (I might also point out that I was even given a barnstar in recognition of my efforts to help specifically you out here, Taisha). You're new here, and you do not know how things work: fine. But I have put a lot of my WP-time into trying to help you understand how things work lately. What exactly is all this hostility about all of a sudden? Okay, well I'd still be interested to know if you ever feel like clarifying.
BTW, I see User:Franamax has looked in on things at Talk:Ganas. Franamax is a Sysop (ie., an Administrator), so if you have any questions or concerns about my interaction with you, or anything else about my activity at WP, you should feel free to take that up with him and I'm sure he'd be happy to help clear it up, okay?  :) Have a nice day! Frana looks like a good sysop-admin based just on ways that you've both worked on things before. So I'm glad that he /she is here. As for the more personal thing, I don't know this environment lends itself to candid interpersonal communication. Why don't we continue to set it aside.. You'd carry on with whatever you're doing, at a slow enough pace that anyone who cares can follow along -- including if they have the usual real-life commitments of work and/or family. I think that's important. Furthermore, why don't we more or less skip tomorrow or morning or keep it extremely light indeed as per anyone's inclination, that seems like a solid unproblematic refinement of the basic idea. This way things feel civilized, and if anyone else or I wants to jump in or has something to add, there's plenty of leisure time and opportunity to do so without anything or any body including ResAnt or us, such as you and i or dmadeo or whomever, getting unnecessarily heated. That's just my ideas though, and you know what i'm like, plenty to go around I'm sure. Taisha24 (talk) 04:13, 9 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

January 2011[edit]

Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Twin Oaks Community, Virginia, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Thank you. WikiDao 13:16, 7 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

There has been some progress on dealing with the problems on the Twin Oaks Community page, and there is still more work to go before we feel like we can request the removal of the template. Paxuscalta (talk) 14:02, 9 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Ganas at the BLP Noticeboard[edit]

Hi Taisha24. This is just to let you know that User:ResidentAnthropologist has recently begun a thread concerning the "Ganas Community" at the Biography-of-Living-Persons Noticeboard. As you have recently been active at the Ganas article, your involvement in the noticeboard discussion would be welcome and appreciated. Regards, WikiDao 01:55, 12 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
