You seem to have inadvertantly damaged an article[edit]

Hi TagFerret. I was recently at the Lazer Tag article and noticed that it had no categories. I went to add some categories I noticed that they were already there. However there was some HTML that was stopping them from working. Someone had put in a References section and seemed to have accidentally added the start of an HTML comment to the end of that section. This actually made Wikipedia ignore everything after the References (including the categories).

I've checked the history and it seems to have happened at 05:00, 3 February 2007 (which is when you were editing the page). I wonder if you copied and accidentally pasted some code in and left an extra comment that messed up the page. I suggest that you check any other articles you were adding Reference sections to and see if their categories are missing.Big Mac 23:13, 9 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It would appear so![edit]

I see what you mean -- it looks like I made a copy-and-paste error bringing the category info in from the main Laser tag article. Thanks for the heads up! I'll make sure I haven't done that elsewhere as I'm still new to the wiki syntax TagFerret 23:52, 10 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Laser skirmish[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Laser skirmish, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached.
