BlueCrest College is a higher education institute in Accra, Ghana that was established in 1999, with a mission to incorporate in a self-sustainable approach learning processes, global alliances and an exemplary governance, a culture to enhance delivery of value to student community. BlueCrest values of ethics, integrity, focus on quality and creative freedom with responsibility instilled within the students through a wide gamut of social awareness and entrepreneurship programmes that are held within the campus.  

In recent times the college has been recognized for its wide gamut of initiatives with awareness generation programmes done by the students like World Water Day[1], World Environment Day wherein students educated the community on the perils of the use of plastic in Ghana, and went about interviewing Ghanaian on plastic usage and picking up plastic waste from the community on The World Environment Day [2].

The College is an institute of higher learning with departments of Information & Communication Technology, Mass Communication & Journalism, Business Administration, Fashion Design. In an alignment with the schools vision, students are taught to be responsive to the individual ,institutional and social development needs. Students understand the social development needs by establishing a liaison with the community, going about interviewing Ghanaian on developmental issues that affect the country and sensitizing the community through various in-campus developmental programmes [3].

Values are the fundamental principles and beliefs that guide the behavior of Staff and Students at BlueCrest College.

To 'Plan- Do Check-Act' every item of work.  .

Customer Focus Internal and external customer orientation- Commitment to  delivering value to the external customers (if working in direct customer touch points or frontline function) or commitment to providing maximum support to the frontline staff  to smoothen their customer service endeavours (if working in the back office or support function)
Creative Freedom with responsibility   Looking at problems or situations from a fresh perspective  ; a research orientation; but discharging intellectual autonomy with consciencetiousness, reliability and being worthy of trust.

BlueCrest College is affiliated with University of Education, Winneba to offer 4 year undergraduate programmes and also partnered with University of Sunderland (UK) to offer postgraduate programmes. College is also affiliated to National Board for Professional and Technician Examinations (NABPTEX), Ghana to offer Professional Certificate programmes. Technology. Due to the growing demand College added more programs to cater to the unique needs of African continent. Currently, BlueCrest College has four departments.
