1933 page

what did i do to that page? nothing --: B (talk) 17:16, 18 November 2008 (UTC)

Hi! You made this edit to the 1933 page, and were subsequently warned by CalendarWatcher. StaticGull  Talk  17:21, 18 November 2008 (UTC)

Welcome, quite

Vandalfighting is a bit like standing on the bank of a very poluted river, plucking out the worst of the debris that is floating past, occasionally rescuing swimmers. ;0)~ I keep being shocked at the shear MASSIVENESS of the volume of vandalism. All the best! :) sinneed (talk) 19:56, 19 November 2008 (UTC)

My recent edit.

How would you delete a page if it consisted of a fictional history of a random person? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.100.88.208 (talk) 16:50, 20 November 2008 (UTC)

Hi! You could request the deletion of such a page by placing {{db-g3}} at the top of said page, assuming that it's a blatent hoax. Make sure you're acquainted with the rules first, though. Happy editing! StaticGull  Talk  17:03, 20 November 2008 (UTC)

Puzzled.

I am puzzled why my external link on the arts based training page is not acceptable. I am familiar with the organization that has two links there. What is the difference from their link and mine for Zoka? saulrabazz Saulrabazz (talk) 17:34, 24 November 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for pointing out those links. I've removed them and much of the content added with them per WP:COI and WP:NOTADVERTISING. --Ronz (talk) 18:03, 24 November 2008 (UTC)
Ronz has said it all :-). StaticGull  Talk  16:05, 25 November 2008 (UTC)

80.168.107.225 vandalism

Hi StaticGull, 80.168.107.225 has done it again. As you've been giving the warnings previously I thought you might like to take responsibility for the block. OrangeDog (talk) 14:50, 26 November 2008 (UTC)

Hi! I've warned the anon-IP, and I'll make sure that further action is taken if he continues vandalising Wikipedia. Thanks for notifying me, and keep up the good work! StaticGull  Talk  15:30, 27 November 2008 (UTC)

No problem

No need to thank me. But I'm kind of new so I was not sure what I was doing, Thanks for letting me know that I had done it right!Firio (talk) 21:30, 2 December 2008 (UTC)

Removal of Exchanges under Mass Area Codes 339,351,413,508,617,857,978 Reversion of area code 351.

The list of exchanges that have been assigned per area code is severaly out of date. It would require daily maintenance on these sites since phone exchanges are issued and returned on a daily basis. My solution is to direct people to the following website for a complete and daily updated list of assigned exchanges.

http://www.nanpa.com/nas/public/assigned_code_query_step1.do?method=resetCodeQueryModel

Thanks

That sounds like a good idea. Keep up the good work :-)! StaticGull  Talk  15:34, 15 March 2009 (UTC)

Read again

My change for Chaparral High School (Arizona) is not vandalism, please read the discussion page one more time, and read my justification. I am not the only user with this opinion. Editing warrants the lack of bias as a rule. If you agree, you can read again the section you just restored carefully. Listing every regional tournament result, with individuals and lower placing, for three consecutive years.

This is clearly biased. I am doing everyone a favor by eliminating the bias from the page, the encyclopedic ideal. However, from the first minute I have received nothing but abuse for trying to better the system, and somewhere a current student of this school is laughing because no one will stop him. DeltaEnforcer (talk) 22:13, 18 October 2009 (UTC)

Hi! On further examinatinon, it is now clear to me that it wasn't vandalism :). Keep up the good work, but be on your guard for a conflict of interest. StaticGull  Talk  20:27, 3 November 2009 (UTC)

No problem :)

Don't worry about it - I'm sure there's going to be a day someday where my userpage is vandalized and you revert it. Just being a part of the WikiPedia community :). --Addihockey (t/c) 04:41, 12 November 2009 (UTC)

Sadly, there's a large chance that that will happen :). Keep up the good work!StaticGull  Talk  23:03, 12 November 2009 (UTC)
