Recent edit reversion

In this edit here, I reverted some information that appears to be a violation of our copyright policy.

I provided a brief summary of the problem in the edit summary, which should be visible just below my name. You can also click on the "view history" tab in the article to see the recent history of the article. This should be an edit with my name, and a parenthetical comment explaining why your edit was reverted. If that information is not sufficient to explain the situation, please ask.

I do occasionally make mistakes. We get hundreds of reports of potential copyright violations every week, and sometimes there are false positives, for a variety of reasons. (Perhaps the material was moved from another Wikipedia article, or the material was properly licensed but the license information was not obvious, or the material is in the public domain but I didn't realize it was public domain, and there can be other situations generating a report to our Copy Patrol tool that turn out not to be actual copyright violations.) Unreferenced additions

I note you have added several sections to Sindhis without adding any references whatsoever. Although your statement "with copied attributes from ...." may suffice for our attribution requirements, these additions still need references. It is not up to the reader to search though another article to find the sources of the information you have added. Moreover, it may well be that, in the future, the references in the currently linked article may be removed, or even the entire article deleted/merged.

I intentionally did not write "attention-seeking", as I'm unsure whether the attention-taking is intentional. The message is attention-taking, and very unduly so in my opinion. It is also arguably a "fancy design". Permanent links: [1], [2].

Once material has been given a citation needed tag, it should not be restored without reliable sources. I also note that you dated a source published around 1922 as published in 2006, making it look over 80 years newer than it is. The book is "Indian states : a biographical, historical, and administrative survey", see [3]. The 2006 date was when Asian Educational Services reproduced it. I put it in to clarify more specifically how the general policies and guidelines I mentioned, WP:CONSENSUS and WP:RS, apply to Indian and Pakistani subjects.
