Speedy deletion of A to Z of Gaming Sites[edit]

A tag has been placed on A to Z of Gaming Sites requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, "See also" section, book reference, category tag, template tag, interwiki link, rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Gaming sites list[edit]

Just to let you know, there is already a list of gaming sites that are fit for inclusion under WP:WEB at Category:Gaming_websites, so your list is redundant. You can request that it be deleted by replacing it with {{db-blanked}} LetsdrinkTea 23:30, 15 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, Sorry i will add the tag ASAP Spykid99 (talk) 23:34, 15 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Queensland Yogurt Company requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. De728631 (talk) 23:57, 15 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Torsion (mechanics)[edit]

Why did you add the {{technical}} template to this article? It's actually a pretty simple article as far as engineering articles go. Especially because it really needs to be expanded and right now just contains the basic equations. Let me know. Wizard191 (talk) 00:29, 25 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Torsion Mechanics[edit]

Hi, i added the "technical" template because i thought it seemed a bit to "equation-based", although it needs to be expanded with more explanations for the equations, also an example would probably make it less technical. Spykid99 (talk) 04:44, 12 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

List of Roman Topics[edit]

Exactly the right thing to do. If it looks like someone has arbitrarily added any text to a section, do what you did, revert to the page before the vandalism. If someone disputes the change, they are more than welcome to bring back the text or debate the deletion in the talk. SADADS (talk) 16:30, 2 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
