Question on translation[edit]

{{helpme}}

Hey Mono... Thanks for the welcome and offer to help. I do have some questions regarding a translation I'd like to make of a French language article into the English Wikipedia. Specifically, the article already exists in English, but the French version is much longer and more complete. Being proficient in both languages (although English is my first language), I thought I could undertake the task myself. After reading through the Wikipedia:Translation pages, I must admit that I am hesitant to tackle the task on my own - especially considering that my edits to date have been minor spelling/grammar corrections.
I guess I just need some guidance and a gentle shove to get me going. :) Joe Cotugno (talk) 17:41, 27 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
