I apologize for the language, but the idea stays the same. I'm fully aware of this rule and its importance (so I wasn't the one, who submitted it originally), but I also suppose that because of the page nature (it gets updated every few hours/days from August till mid October), it's important to keep it updated with the whole information and not just "to punish" the non-user (or whoever it is) by deleting there submission without even checking it.
