Provide a source that it will be released as a single and the article can be recreated. Just because she has filmed a music video doesn't mean it will be released. if declare independance is the next single then where is the video for it? i think that the fact that she is making a video for wanderlust plus it was the only song she performed on conan indicates that it is the next single much stronger than D.I
