Not the land commissioner[edit]

There are a few references (i.e. [1], [2] and [3]) that mention George Harris who was land commissioner for the Burlington & Missouri Railroad, but it was not the same person as this George Harris because the land commissioner died in 1874, and the CB&Q president served from 1901 to 1910. They could have been, however, father and son; more research is needed to verify/disprove this possibility. Slambo (Speak) 17:13, 1 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
