Are you the editor who expanded this article recently and added citations from Warren M Billings? In rationalising the citation scheme (to which I hope you won't object) I formed a question about the THREE Billings cited (2004, 2006 and 2009) whereas only two are specified (2004 and 2009). Should all the 2006s really be 2004 (or 2009)? or is there a 2006 work to specify (or has been lost along the way)? Cheers Bjenks (talk) 01:34, 4 June 2009 (UTC)
