Open Access Same-Time Information System

I will readily admit that what I did to that page goes against the desire to have multiple, verifiable sources, but the fact is that there just isn't much in the way of external verifiable sources for that information. I don't know if I would call it "original research", but it more or less is my own writing based on my experience and knowledge from building and using various OASIS applications during my eleven years in the industry, working for several different companies (energy merchant, system operations, OASIS software development).
