Human impact on environment[edit]

Hi I removed some text from article talk.

I remember learning a long time ago the the U.S. actually eats the most meat out of all the countries and that it actually has a big impact. That may be something interesting to write about. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sierragrigsby (talkcontribs) 04:40, 13 May 2018 (UTC) [reply]
  • Always sign your posts with four tilde marks
  • Always read the whole article before wondering how to change it. Obviously you didn't even read the table of contents on this one
  • Always make suggestions based on research you did and can cite WP:Reliable sources. Never just float stuff you heard once and maybe kinda remember.

If after reading the artcile and related sources, you discover ways in which the "meat production" section can be improved, or important angles on meat consumpion we didn't cover, sure you can propose adding such material. Just vaguely talking about interesting stuff someone could maybe do someday base on sources they might find if they take their time to look... that's really annoying because it takes up time on the part of other editors to read that vacuous sort of comment.
