Request reason:

Caught by a web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. I get the following message upon trying to edit my first-ever page - Karin Okolie: Editing from 209.95.32.0/19 has been blocked (disabled) by Elockid for the following reason: Server-multiple.svg The IP address that you're currently using has been blocked because it's believed to be a web host provider. You will not be able to edit Wikipedia using a web host provider. I do not believe that I'm using a web host, so I'd like to kindly appeal this block. It says that my block has been set to expire: 15:42, 18 January 2017. This was my 1st ever page. I'd like to kindly ask for the ban to be lifted.Shaliq (talk) 14:43, 16 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

I'm sorry, but the block on the range is clearly valid; it's an obvious web host and one that been used abusively. In fact, the edits from this range have been so problematic that there's another global block on the range indicating there are open proxies operating there. Do you have some other way to connect to the internet? Kuru (talk) 13:40, 20 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Note: Shaliq has contacted me through email regarding the block. The IP is registered to WestHost. Elockid (Talk) 19:23, 19 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
