Did you read Wikipedia:Notability (books)? The basic requirement is at leas two independent reliable substantial sources. Multiple means more than one. You have one review, and an interview, and rest do not seem to be independent. The interview was more about the person than the book. If you can get one more substantial independent reliable source about the book then it would be counted as notable and accepted. Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. As you must have noticed, your article has now been declined many times by several different reviewers. Please do not take this personally - the team consists of volunteers with very different backgrounds and experiences, but it is clear we all consider the article not to be suitable for Wikipedia in its current form.
There are numerous ways of publishing articles on the Internet, including your own website, blog, facebook page and so on. There are forums where you can submit statements and join discussions. However, Wikipedia is none of these things: it is an encyclopedia, and we have clear and strict rules (see WP:42) on what constitutes suitable content.
