Toonami's Sponsored Promotion

Did you remove the Sponsored Promotion section from the Toonami page? And if you did, why? CarverSindile (talk) 00:05, 30 April 2020 (UTC)

I wasn't the one who did it, the person you're looking for is MarcoPolo250. I think he had a great reason to remove it, as the "SPONSORED promotions" section was comprised of orginal research with no sources, as well as just not being notable enough to warrant it's inclusion here. What would it take to get included in the Toonami wikipedia page? CarverSindile (talk) 04:19, 4 May 2020 (UTC)
Even if you did find sources for the sponsors, that still does not warrant the section's inclusion. It does not make any sense to list all of the companies/brands that sponsored CN/AS/Toonami. I don't think most people reading the Toonami article will be looking for that info. Toonami has its own Wikia site, that's where stuff like that goes. For more information, see WP:TRIVIA and WP:IINFO. ShadowCyclone talk 05:06, 4 May 2020 (UTC)
Just a side note/statment of info, but I went to this Wikipedia page to find what games appeared on Toonami and to include the games that do appear if they release a game review during the anime toonami Saturday schedule. CarverSindile (talk) 20:41, 4 May 2020 (UTC)
No, don't. Once again, that's information that isn't really notable. The article only needs to feature information that's important and "need to know" about the block. Stuff like the game reviews and sponsored promotions aren't really notable. You can add a mention that the block features such things with a reliable source, but don't make a list of every single game/sponsored promotion that the block featured.
