Merino[edit]

Thanks for your interest in helping improve merino. For your question: you're right that evidence from personal experience isn't really enough. As for using REI, I would discourage it since it's REI's goal to sell clothing. Other Wikipedians would tell you that it doesn't meet the strict definition of a reliable published source (that link has details). It is generally always preferable to cite something to a source than not, but if you have something you know is likely to be uncontroversial, please add it.
