You need to add reliable sources independent from the subject that show that there is in-depth coverage of this person. In addition, the language is not very neutral. For example, take "MVP specializes in coaching individuals or groups..." That is something one would expect in an advert, not in a Wikipedia article. That kind of stuff needs to be removed. Finally, everything should be sourced to a reliable source. If you cannot source something, then it must be removed.

This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies.

Notability is not the problem. The articles is indistinguishable from a promotional web page for the school. A promotional article is one that says what the subject wouldwish to say to the public, especially potential clients (in this case students and parents); an `ecarticle says what the general public would like to know. The clearest indication of promotionalism is the use of laudatory language and educational jargon: among the man:, "a deeply committed parent body" " to cultivate young children in lives of learning and purpose through play and an interconnectedness with nature" "independent, self-reliant and interpretive method of student learning. It fosters the student’s academic skills in organizing, absorbing and reflecting on content, building knowledge and it facilitates an active method of inquiry." I note especially the diagnostic triverbal sentence structure, "organizing, absorbing and reflecting on " and many similar--this is found nowhere except in PR writing. Apparently the profession thinks it's impressive. There are the usual vague phrases, such as "among the oldest" . There's the usual emphasis on putting the accreditation specifics in the lede paragraph--here in fact it is said twice over--it doesn't seem to be just an error in copypaste,because the wording is slightly different. There's a listing of notable alumni where half aren't notable. Many of our current school articles are similarly bad. I've ben working for years on fixing them. We do not need to add to them.
