WordGirl[edit]

why did you change wordgirl from 4 seasons to 6 seasons? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.10.249.147 (talk) 22:49, 26 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! WordGirl is currently airing its 5th season, and the 6th season will air sometime in 2013 or 2014. The first two seasons were 26 episodes long, but seasons 3-6 are each 13 episodes long. I am an employee of the producer of WordGirl, so I am getting this information directly from the source. Please stop reverting my changes.Scholastic Media (talk) 23:08, 26 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

But Dorothea Gillim said WordGirl is currently airing its 4th season. This is the right information of WordGirl upcoming episode, tell her what she's won. A jealous Shadow Beau Handsome & Seymour Smooth and his brothers has kidnapped Alex Trebek, Drew Carey, Pat Sajak, Todd Newton, Steve Harvey, Wayne Brady and The Storyteller the host of everyone's favorite game show, "Jeopardy", "The Price is Right", "Wheel of Fortune", "Family Game Night", "Family Feud", "Let's Make a Deal" and "May I Have a Word?" When he starts stealing money from innocent contestants, WordGirl and Beau Handsome makes an appearance. Will they be able to rescue all seven and come up with a game plan to put Seymour and Shadow Beau back where they are belongs-behind bars? Is that the right information? Why? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.10.249.147 (talk) 00:11, 27 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Where did Dorothea Gillis say that? Do you have a reference?
That is not the correct information for "Tell Her What She's Won." In the episode, Seymour Smooth kidnaps Beau Handsome; the other game show hosts are not involved. Where did you get that episode summary?
-Scholastic Media (talk) 15:00, 27 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
At new york during hurricane irene. From IMDB. Seymour Smooth doesn't kidnaps Beau Handsome on tell her what she's won. Where did Seymour kidnaps Beau Handsome, same May I Have a Word setting from every episodes, different May I Have a Word setting, or current Jeopardy setting?

Hurricane Irene occurred in August of 2011, just before the start of WordGirl's 4th season. Now, in September 2012, the show is in its 5th season.
I will look into the erroneous episode summaries on IMDB. For more details about the episode, you will have to wait and see when it airs during season 6!
-Scholastic Media (talk) 20:25, 27 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

It's season 4. WordGirl's 4th season starts on September 2012. Tell her what she's won has nothing to do about kidnapping Beau Handsome. How many Beau Handsome are there? Who's the most popular contestant on May I Have a Word? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 63.149.146.130 (talk) 20:37, 27 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

"Many people are confused about WordGirl Season 4. Actually, Season 4 was delayed due to Hurricane Irene. So, I will clarify that these episodes are NOT of Season 4, but STILL part of Season 3. The following episodes are:

1. 314 - Sonny Days with a Chance of Showers/Seymour...Right After This
2. 315 - The Fill-In/Word (Hicc)up!
3. 316 - Mouse Brain Take-Over/Leslie Makes It Big
4. 317 - Chuck with a Sidekick of Brent/Yarn-4-Gold
5. 318 - Whammer Anniversary/Rat Trap
6. 319 - Where Have All The Villains Gone?/Captain Tangent Returns
7. 320 - WordGirl and Bobbleboy/Crime in the Key of V
8. 321 - Have Snob, Will Travel/Tobey's Playground Calamity
9. 322 - The Birthday Girl's Monstrous Gift/Hal the Haggler
10. 323 - The Learnerer/Mr. Big's Dinner and a Scam
11. 324 - Wordbot/Mount Rushhere
12. 325 - Road Rage, Anger, and Fury/By Jove, You've Wrecked My Robots
13. 326 - A World Without Wordgirl (2-part episode)

How can anybody be so stupid not know that these production codes start with the number 3, which marks Season 3? However, Season 4 OFFICIALLY start with the episode, Seize the Cheese/Ms. Question's Riddle Rampage." - Dorothea Gillim (the creator of WordGirl) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.10.249.147 (talk) 22:31, 27 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I certainly appreciate your enthusiasm for WordGirl. However, unless you have a link to back up these quotes, I will continue to reference the production documents on my company's computer for the most accurate information, as these are the same documents we furnish to the production studio (Soup 2 Nuts) and PBS.
-Scholastic Media (talk) 15:59, 28 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Which animation studio made May I Have a Word? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.10.249.147 (talk) 11:08, 28 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Why did you put 4 seasons to 6 seasons? There's no 6 six seasons, there's only 4 seasons. And I don't know which animation studio made may I have a word. Is it film roman? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.170.79.121 (talk) 04:07, 13 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi again, there are 6 seasons of WordGirl. If you provide your email address, I can send you the documents that are the same as the ones we provide to the production studio, with the episode listings for all 6 seasons. I am an employee of Scholastic Media, and we create the show, so I know how many seasons there are; your information source is incorrect.
Scholastic Media (talk) 15:54, 13 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

There's only 4 seasons, scholmedia. Scholmedia, this is the correct info for tell her what she's won. A jealous Seymour Smooth has kidnapped Don Francisco, the host of everyone's favorite game show, "Sábado Gigante". When he starts stealing money from innocent contestants, WordGirl and Beau Handsome makes an appearance. Will they be able to rescue Don and come up with a game plan to put Seymour back where they are belongs-behind bars? Is that the right information? Why? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.170.79.121 (talk) 23:11, 13 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Scholmedia, I'm really sorry about bad edits. I thought WordGirl has four seasons. - 24.170.79.121 22:50, 16 November 2012 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.170.79.121 (talk) Scholmedia, WordGirl has no season 5 or season 6, why did you put it? --71.40.58.182 (talk) 20:51, 25 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
