Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for calculation the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. See User:RonBot for info on how to not get these messages. Magia Record

If you want to create an article for MR, you can edit here. Also, good luck with Sayaka's! DarkFallenAngel (talk) 06:17, 10 December 2018 (UTC)

Yeah I will create an article for Magia Record but not now, as I'm still waiting for the anime's staff and date release announcement. And thank you! I will create for Sayaka's now. NotEnglishSpeaker (talk) 06:22, 10 December 2018 (UTC)
@DarkFallenAngel: Forgot to say that I'm a big fan Yachiyo Nanami! I actually want to create an article for her alone lol but there's not enough notability. I hope she becomes popular when the anime adaptation comes next year, then maybe I can create for her and for Iroha Tamaki too. Iroha is also a likable character. NotEnglishSpeaker (talk) 06:25, 10 December 2018 (UTC)
Oh, I see. I'll be editing your MR sandbox then. I have already found many reliable sources. Hope they can help you! DarkFallenAngel (talk) 06:49, 10 December 2018 (UTC)

Leaving this here in case you haven't read it yet. DarkFallenAngel (talk) 06:52, 10 December 2018 (UTC)

I didn't read it. Thank you very much! I'm gonna read it now! Thank you very much for helping me! :D NotEnglishSpeaker (talk) 06:58, 10 December 2018 (UTC)
After reading this, I think I'm gonna create a draft for Magia Record. XD NotEnglishSpeaker (talk) 07:05, 10 December 2018 (UTC)
I'm glad to be of help! If you have any questions, feel free to ask me. DarkFallenAngel (talk) 07:07, 10 December 2018 (UTC)

Character article

DarkAngel mentioned me so I thought about advising you. Remember to make paragraphs each focused on a different aspect of the character:

  • 1. Personality
  • 2. Role in the series
  • 3. Role in a film or spinoff
  • 4. If possible voice actors' delivery.

See Allen Walker as a possible example as its reception covers almost everything about his character. If possible, look at articles where reviewers find similar opinions to first make a generalization like Sasuke Uchiha. Hope this helps. Happy editing.Tintor2 (talk) 15:38, 13 December 2018 (UTC)

Thanks! I'll try to follow your examples. NotEnglishSpeaker (talk) 16:14, 13 December 2018 (UTC)
This is just an example. Allen's reception was easy to create because he is the protagonist and appears in both licensed manga and anime with the latter comparing the voice actors. For a smaller article, see Shirou Emiya. First there is the big discussion between two writers, then the characterization of the character in Fate, then another characterization in Unlimited Blade Works, and finally, a movie. I couldn't find anything about how the audience reacted to his actors.Tintor2 (talk) 20:17, 13 December 2018 (UTC)
Thank you again! I'm still new to Wikipedia so I have a question to ask! Is it really necessary to write everything about the character? As you know, Sayaka is also one of the main characters of Rebellion so when I was reading the reviews for the film, reviewers barely commented on her character, they were mostly focused on Homura's. And just like you, I also couldn't find how they reacted to Sayaka's actress. One paragraph is enough for the reception section right? As for Shirou's article, are you planning to turn it into a GA? I'm a fan of Fate series so maybe I can help a little? NotEnglishSpeaker (talk) 01:56, 14 December 2018 (UTC)

AfC notification: Draft:Magia Record has a new comment

I've left a comment on your Articles for Creation submission, which can be viewed at Draft:Magia Record. Thanks! Jalen D. Folf (talk) 23:51, 13 December 2018 (UTC)

@JalenFolf: Hey, thanks for accepting the draft! Can't we just remove the "redirect" link from Magia Record and then copy the draft and paste it there? I don't think we should delete the article. NotEnglishSpeaker (talk) 01:00, 14 December 2018 (UTC)

This, unfortunately, would be undesirable to split the page history like this, which is what we call a "cut-and-paste page move". The page history is what provides attribution to the original page edits. Jalen D. Folf (talk) 01:21, 14 December 2018 (UTC)
@JalenFolf: Oh alright then! I'm new to Wikipedia so I didn't know about that. So what do you suggest? NotEnglishSpeaker (talk) 01:32, 14 December 2018 (UTC)
Just be patient while an administrator handles the deletion of the existing redirect or a page mover makes the moves themselves. Jalen D. Folf (talk) 01:39, 14 December 2018 (UTC)
Roger that! :D NotEnglishSpeaker (talk) 01:41, 14 December 2018 (UTC)

Hi there! @Robert McClenon: What should I do? Should I improve the article? NotEnglishSpeaker (talk) 06:52, 4 January 2019 (UTC)
User:NotEnglishSpeaker - I neither accepted nor declined the draft. If you can improve the draft to establish the case for a separate article, that would be good. I may review and assess the draft, but it may instead be reviewed and assessed by another reviewer. Robert McClenon (talk) 07:34, 4 January 2019 (UTC)

Replaceable fair use File:DevilHomuraFigure.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:DevilHomuraFigure.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the file description page and add the text {{Di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}} below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing <your reason> with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.
  2. On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Ipatrol (talk) 05:53, 19 January 2019 (UTC)

Hello, I'm I dream of horses. I noticed that in this edit to Kakegurui – Compulsive Gambler, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. @Kestrelgrey: Thanks, the article still needs a major rewrite though. If you look through the "Development" section, it needs expansion and improvement. The article has the potential to be a Good article. Using the sources I left on Talk page, we can improve it and then nominate it. Too bad tho, my grammar sucks. :( NotEnglishSpeaker (talk) 15:25, 19 April 2019 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Homura Akemi, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Shaft and Mysterious (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
