This appears to be quite an important case—your work here will be a great contribution! You might consider fleshing out the case as the bulk of the article (facts, procedural history, and the different opinions of the Court). In addition, the current stub gives a couple articles for further reading. Since the case has had major implications, you might look through the secondary sources that cite it and give some big picture notes or cite additional further reading. @Slsnw12: Thanks for the suggestions! I'm currently trying to figure out how much to go into Johnson v. Louisiana, a case decided on the same day and essentially holding the same thing for Louisiana. (https://www.oyez.org/cases/1970/69-5035; no wiki.) I don't think the cases were officially consolidated, but Justice Powell's fifth vote in Apodaca v. Oregon is actually his concurrence in Johnson v. Louisiana, it seems. Do you know how that works? -Scai8
