File permission problem with File:Sarah Archer.jpg[edit]
Thanks for uploading File:Sarah Archer.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.
If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either
- make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
- Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Sarah Archer.jpg[edit]
A tag has been placed on File:Sarah Archer.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Some human touch[edit]
Please upload at Wikimedia Commons, the free media repository, not locally. Then your picture is reusable at different language Wikipedias which is a nice advantage.
If you are the photographer, you just have to
- include a free license disclaimer for this image at all external sites before uploading it here.
If not, you also have to
- get approval of the photographer about the license, and
- include the photographer name on all such disclaimers on external sites (if the license requires attribution).
- In such case having him/her upload is simpler; otherwise you have to go through the OTRS ticketing paperwork (it is not hard, but it takes time and effort).

Hi. I noticed your article and restructured it slightly.
I have trouble verifying some things and left comments about it in the article... (We should convert the external links to inline citations once they're meaningful.)
