I'm not familiar about some relevance criteria in the English wikipedia. In German wikipedia, in which i'm usually editing, an band is relevant with one album officially released. Nemo has eight of them released. You may have a look at the German, French, and Dutch entries for this band. I know, it's hard for English-speaking people to accept that there is a world abroad.
