You added a reference without linking it to specific text. This is not correctly done. If this was intended to deal with the matter where it says "citation needed", you should remove my heading "further reading" and place the reference after the text to which it refers, enclosing it with the item that includes "ref" in the markup list below the edit window. Have a look at the reference that is cited to see the syntax for this. I hope this comment will encourage you to do more good work in editing WP, not discourage you.
