Dear Sir,

Monkeyzpop (talk · contribs), Wildhartlivie (talk · contribs) (and others), and I have continually tried to work with him on good faith. If you go back a year and half ago we tried to be reasonable and work in good faith. But he is not here for that he is just here to stir the shit, cause controversy, and vandalize Wikipedia. For some reason he has made it a personal mission to vandalize. He has been blocked over 100 times, or a year and half, but yet continues to keep coming back. He has also stated that he will not stop, he has hundreds of IP addresses, and will use them and continue to vandalize.

He says things that he knows aren't true just to see what kind of reaction he will get. He gets off on someone trying to discuss it with him. He doesn't care if he is right or not, he just likes yanking your chain while he is doing it. You can NOT engage in any discussion with this person. You must ignore, revert, block, protect, and ban. If you talk with him I guarentee he is jacking off while you are doing it (at least mentaly, if not physicaly). His behavior is what is called psycopathic or pshycotic. Go as the FBI if need another opinion.

While some material that he may now add does have merit, it is to late. He should have thought about that a year and half ago. I will not accept any edits from him. If you want to research the comments with two good, verifiable, references, and add them to the articles, I will accept that.

But, he is NOT welcome here. He has violated all of these on more than a hundred occasions:

Wikipedia POV

Wikipedia Sockpuppetry to evade a block

Personal attacks on at least 10 other contributors.

If you just go User:HarveyCarter (all the user name sockpuppets) and User:IP4240207xx (all the IPs that I know of) and click on the "contribs" you'll get a good feel for what this guy likes.

I also suspect that this user has another account that he edits under that has not been detected. But, I don't have the administrative tools to prove it. Kind of Dr. Jekyll account, and these edits are his Mr. Hyde. It is obvious that this person is a bright person, but have chose to use their intelligence for disruptive and destructive reasons. Most likely they are needed some attention that they didn't get at home as a child. Additionally, the attention that the received at home was most likely confrontational, so this is something that they un-conscientiously crave. In addition, he has a complex about sexuality.

If this isn't Wikipedia:Long term abuse I don't know what is. His mission is to degrade Wikipedia and bring it down. What kind of decent human being would spend a year and half of their life trying to put in the same garbage day after day after day?
