Request reason:

I made no effort to remove any content, and even know I moved a lot of pages to silly names I feel I have matured now to come back. Additionally, my striving to be Willy on Wheels has faded and I feel I can now contribute positively.

Decline reason:

Sock of User:NicAgent produced many sockpuppets engaged in other vandalism under other account so the "I made no effort to remove any content" is false, engaged in personal attacks etc. etc.
