Welcome[edit]

Welcome!

Hello, Qualities108, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one of your contributions does not conform to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy (NPOV). Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.

There's a page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!  DanielRigal (talk) 10:33, 20 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

August 2010[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! While we appreciate that you enjoy using Wikipedia, please note that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and not a social network. Wikipedia is not a place to socialize or do things that are not directly related to improving the encyclopedia, as you did at User talk:DanielRigal. Off-topic material may be deleted at any time. This message is not meant to discourage you from editing Wikipedia but rather to remind you that the ultimate goal of this website is to build an encyclopedia. Thank you. DanielRigal (talk) 10:37, 20 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at User talk:DanielRigal. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. Your recent edits[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you must sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 11:51, 20 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Try creating that article, now. I just fixed something in that hopefully you should be able to. –MuZemike 14:04, 20 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

MfD nomination of Portal:Hare Krishna[edit]

Portal:Hare Krishna, a page you substantially contributed to, has been nominated for deletion. Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Portal:Hare Krishna and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of Portal:Hare Krishna during the discussion but should not remove the miscellany for deletion template from the top of the page; such a removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. DanielRigal (talk) 16:48, 20 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

User talk:69.181.249.92[edit]

This is not the place to attempt to spread your personal religious beliefs. Your edit has been removed as an attempt at proselytizing. 69.181.249.92 (talk) 05:42, 21 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Krishna consciousness tables, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a redirect to a nonexistent page.

If you can fix this redirect to point to an existing Wikipedia page, please do so and remove the speedy deletion tag. However, please do not remove the speedy deletion tag unless you also fix the redirect. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. I don't speak Hindi, so your rants do neither you or me any good. This is the English language Wikipedia. Threatening people with hell will only result in your being blocked. Please stop. Everard Proudfoot (talk) 06:11, 21 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article Pavitropana Ekadashi has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No refs, does not indicate notability.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. :| TelCoNaSpVe :| 22:26, 25 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article Pavitropana Ekadashi has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

I tried to help the author to clean this up but it didn't work out. He never provided any indication of anything that makes each of the Ekadashis individually notable. I didn't PROD them myself because I was hoping somebody else might be able to provide this but it seems unlikely that anybody will.
