My Brother is on a different computer. He is Phonix. I am sorry i vandalized that one thing. Look if you wont unblock me. Can i create a new account that will not be blocked? The last guy said to start anew. Or can you give my block an expiry time?

You actually vandalized many things. And it's very easy to claim that the other vandal account was your brother, but I don't believe it. I'm not going to enable account creation, but you might be able to create a new account if you wait long enough without trying to edit - say 1 month.
