Hello PraveenKumarElango, thank you for your efforts to improve referencing on Wikipedia. However, blogs, forums and similar user-generated sites are not considered reliable sources. Similarly, the usage of commercial sites, PR platforms and similar sites is strongly discouraged in favor of reliable non-promotional sources. I have reverted 2-3 of your recent link changes accordingly. You'll find more information about this aspect at WP:RS, but please feel free to ask if you have any further questions.
