Small Industries Development Bank of India - neutral editing / conflict of interest

Hello, phrases like "encouraging people" and "contributing to their country" are not uninvolved encyclopedic language, but promotional PR speak. Please disclose your conflict of interest with this topic as required per WP:COI and add further suggestions for article changes on the article's talkpage Talk:Small Industries Development Bank of India instead of editing the article yourself.
