Hi, thanks for your message. You can sign your comments automatically using four tildes ~~~~. I deleted your article because

  • You cannot post articles on your user page. It is for you to tell us non-promotional things about ourself. The article should be here, or if you want to work on a draft first, it should be here. There were problems anyway.
  • it did not provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines. Your only reference was the company's own website, obviously not independent.
  • it was written in a promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic. Examples of unsourced claims presented as fact include: popular... most well known products... our first original model... What really set apart KOTOBUKIYA... we have increased our lineup... Writing the company name in capitals is spammy too
  • it's all about what the company does, little about the company itself other than locations. How many employees? Turnover? Profits? Has the company ever received negative publicity? Who are its competitors?
  • You have an obvious conflict of interest when it comes to editing articles about this subject. If, after reading the information about notability linked above, you still believe that your organisation is notable enough for a Wikipedia article (and that there is significant coverage in reliable, independent secondary sources), you could, if you wish, post a request at Wikipedia:Requested articles for the article to be created. See also Wikipedia:Best practices for editors with conflicts of interest.

Hi there, I'm HasteurBot. I just wanted to let you know that Draft:Kotobukiya, a page you created, has not been edited in 6 months. The Articles for Creation space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for articlespace.

If your submission is not edited soon, it could be nominated for deletion. If you would like to attempt to save it, you will need to improve it.

You may request Userfication of the content if it meets requirements.

If the deletion has already occured, instructions on how you may be able to retrieve it are available at WP:REFUND/G13.

Thank you for your attention. HasteurBot (talk) 01:32, 24 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, Draft:Kotobukiya[edit]

Hello, Pondeponde. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Kotobukiya".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by one of two methods (don't do both): 1) follow the instructions at WP:REFUND/G13, or 2) copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Draft:Kotobukiya}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, and click "Save page". An administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 21:18, 25 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
