Dear Pewyyy/Dvirgueza,

Wikipedia:Fair use states: The [fair use] material should only be used in the article namespace. They should never be used on templates (including stub templates and navigation boxes) or on user pages. They should be linked, not inlined, from talk pages when they are the topic of discussion. Because "fair use" material is not copyright infringement on Wikipedia only when used for strictly encyclopedic reasons, their use in other contexts is likely copyright infringement. In other words, you are not permitted to use fair use images on your user page. Please do not re-add them.

And regarding the images you have uploaded: unless you provide their source and copyright status, they will be deleted.

Sincerely, Mike Rosoft 02:38, 5 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Pewyyy/Dvirgueza, please stop re-adding the images to your user page. As you were repeatedly told, you are not allowed to have copyrighted images there, since such use is highly unlikely to classify as fair use. Wikipedia is not an image gallery.

You have had one account permanently blocked already, so don't press your luck. Should you put the images back to your user page, I will report you at Wikipedia:Vandalism in progress. Consider yourself warned!

Sincerely, Mike Rosoft 15:26, 5 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Pewyyy/Dvirgueza, as you were repeatedly told, images without source information are not permitted on Wikipedia, and will be deleted. And even images which do classify as fair use are only to be used in articles, they cannot be used on a user page.

I wanted to give you a chance, but since you have decided to deliberately disregard the rules, I had to do it the hard way. I have marked all the images you have uploaded for deletion, and reported you at Wikipedia:Vandalism in progress. You have been warned.

Farewell, Mike Rosoft 00:15, 6 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]
