A tag has been placed on Establish Paul Kell requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, individual animal(s), an organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. — 141.156.161.245 (talk) 04:42, 21 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

My biography was written by Mai Ketsathurn of Thailand. His "notability" is being listed in an international data base "index medicus" and a major chiropractic textbook. The "value" of his contribution is: developing the first xray measurement in the foot to image the calcaneus (heel bone)to visualize abnormal stress causing plantar fasciitis. This is a very common ailment and his success at alleviating it,is uncommon. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Paul2081 (talkcontribs) 04:50, 21 October 2009
"notability" for inclusion in Wikipedia is defined as

"… has received significant coverage in reliable secondary sources that are independent of the subject"

so Mai Ketsathurn is not considered "notable" enough for inclusion, either, even though Index Medicus appears to be. — 141.156.161.245 (talk) 02:10, 22 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No autobiographies[edit]

Hello, Paul2081 … See Wikipedia:Autobiography and Wikipedia:Conflict of interest, and do not try to create an article about yourself … also see Wikipedia:Notability (people) and Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons … if Some Other Editor can find some independent reliable sources that verify your notability by Wikipedia standards, then have them create an article about you. Happy Editing! — 141.156.161.245 (talk · contribs) 04:42, 21 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

3RR warning at Race and intelligence[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Race and intelligence. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Please stop the disruption, otherwise you may be blocked from editing. You have entered the paragraph (in wrong places) 4 times already. A fifth time would be a fourth revert. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 14:53, 29 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
