Welcome![edit]

Hello, PatWiki749, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Shalor and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

March 2019[edit]

Hello, I'm BlackcurrantTea. You may have noticed I edited the Miracles of St. Francis Xavier page in your sandbox, putting colons in the category names. It's nothing to worry about: a bot did the same thing to a page in my sandbox soon after I started editing. This is so that when someone looks at the category of, say, 1610s paintings, your sandbox page won't show up. If you'd like a more thorough explanation, see WP:Categorization.

I hope you enjoy your time here at Wikipedia and decide to stay after your class ends. Cheers, BlackcurrantTea (talk) 03:50, 10 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
