Welcome[edit]

Hey, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thanks for your edits on HEY!HEY!HEY! MUSIC CHAMP. I can see that you moved the article to more accurately reflect the Japanese name, but in general we want to avoid doing this. It's not in any way intentional (it's obviously just English carelessness on the part of the show producers) and using slightly more correct English doesn't harm the article in any way, especially since we have redirects and everything to handle all that. I won't, and won't ask anyone to, move it back, because such a small difference should just be left as it is in order to protect all the redirects, but in future, I just thought I'd tell you that you shouldn't move an article because of a small difference like that. Keep up the edits, later.  freshofftheufoΓΛĿЌ  05:37, 24 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

No problem. Basically, this is how we go to the next line, with a : (colon). It indents your text though, so you might not want that. Not breaking lines saves space and keeps everything neat, so most people never need to resort to <br /> tags.  freshofftheufoΓΛĿЌ  06:20, 24 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks[edit]

Thanks for fixing that redirect, lol, don't know why I forgot to make it a link. :-/ --Jowan2005

It didn't sound mean at all. --Jowan2005

Previewing Your Edits[edit]

Hello and thank you for improving the Pikachu article. I noticed that you made multiple edits to correct some mistakes, here is some advice. When you are editing a page, you may have noticed a Show Preview button next to the Save Page button; this shows you what your edit will look like after you save it. It is a good idea to do this before saving any edit because it will save you the time of having to go back and correct your mistakes the long way, and correcting the mistakes before you save them keeps the page history from becoming clogged and difficult to navigate. Good luck and happy editing! THL 07:49, 15 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Don't apologize. Honestly, it isn't anywhere near a big deal. You seemed kind of disapointed in yourself from your edit summaries (I check peoples contributions before talking to them ;), so I figured I would give you some advice. Your contributions are good, and your helping Wikipedia. Keep up the good work, Cheers. THL 19:04, 15 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

For future reference, there is a CSD for this sort of thing; see WP:CSD#G8. --ais523 09:45, 8 March 2007 (UTC)
