Draft object and COI[edit]

I have a question for if I was to follow a similar approach. According to WP:DRAFTOBJECT, COI editors are excluded from it. What if the COI isn't nessecarily blatantly obvious? What would you do in that situation? (This is the moved question.)

Yup, this is the spot for questions. I do not know if I would counsel anyone to follow my example in this case, some admins respect the process and do not mind returning COI/UPE editing to draft, regardless of whether or not it's been returned to mainspace. Other admins see it differently. If you suspect an article of COI/UPE, draftify. And it should remain in draft until they deal with the issue as per WP:UPE or WP:COI. However, if they move it back a second time, I'd tag it for UPE, and report them at COIN. That way, you won't be accused of move-warring, and once other folks take a look at the COIN, it will be dealt with. Let me know if that makes sense to you. PROD log?[edit]

I was wondering if you know if there is a user script/Twinkle option/something that allows me to have a CSD-style log for PRODs. Clovermoss🍀 (talk) 04:49, 12 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

It's not a user script, but something through Twinkle. If you go to your Preferences, then click on the Gadgets tab, find Twinkle in the Browsing category. Once you do, click on the (preferences) link there. You'll see a category "Proposed deletion (PROD)" - check the box labeled, "Keep a log in userspace of all pages you tag for PROD". That will start the log. This is also where you set up the CSD log, and is a neat place to customize how you use Twinkle. But be aware, only articles which you tag for PROD through Twinkle will be entered on the log. If you PROD through the curate tool, it won't be added.
