Simply adding a section named "more references" does not address the issues from the previous decline reasons. What you will need to do is find WP:SIGCOV about the topic in WP:RS that talk about it in-depth. I did a quick search in Google and was unable to find anything that would meet these criteria. They are either non-reliable sources or general announcements.
