Notability of East Campus Bowling Lanes, Lincoln[edit]

A tag has been placed on East Campus Bowling Lanes, Lincoln requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. Game series pages[edit]

Regarding the new pages you created and then linked from Template:NebraskaCornhuskersFootballNavbox, I think you're opening a real can of worms here.... I don't think every series played on future schedules is noteworthy enough on its own to warrant an article. Once you start, where do you stop? Is an article on every recurring series in every league worth having? What about the NFL past, present and future? What about regularly-scheduled non-con games? What about historic series? If we had made these articles for the old Big 12 series now drawing to a close, what do you do with them now that they are over? This just opens up a bunch of questions that you might want to try to figure out before going too far. Also, on the template reorganization that I did a week or so ago, I deliberately changed all of the groupings to single-word titles; "Big 10 Opponents" does not fit that model. Based on the outcome of the deletion proposals below, I have decided to go ahead and propose deletion of the remaining series pages you had created and linked to from the Nebraska football template. I hope you'll understand that creating those pages creates precedent for thousands of series pages across professional and amateur sports of all types, which would be totally unmanageable.
