License for image[edit]

Hi, I see you've just uploaded the image to Commons. What isn't clear is who owns the image, and therefore whether it is free for everyone to use. It looks, actually, as if it is from a historic book, which might well be copyright expired (if the author died 70 or more years ago, for example). Where does it come from? (Did Ashish Nangia make the image? If not, the image will be deleted from Commons.) I think that the image is very probably free, but incorrectly licensed at the moment.
