Please explain why User:Dcflyer can violate several rules, including repeated 3RR violations, edit waring, and deletion of warnings on talk pages. Please explain why you allow this to go on. The 3RR violations are legit. See the history of Cesar Chavez for example. His edit waring is well known. See Dcflyer's history for repeated violations. The warnings are legit, and under current wiki policy, they cannot be removed. Please explain your actions. If he can remove legitimate warnings, shouldn't everyone else have the same ability???
