If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on 1995 privateers sprint requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organized event (tour, function, meeting, party, etc.), but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. ~ twsx | talkcont | ~ 01:53, 2 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 2003 Australian Sports Sedan Championship, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Ford Escort (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Australian Touring Car Championship[edit]

Thank you for improving the Australian Touring Car Championship articles. Many of the new wikilinks led to disambiguation pages listing several people of that name. If you plan to make the same changes for other years, please can you link in the correct person instead? I've had a go here and here but I'm not a racing expert, and it's easy to make mistakes with names such as David Parsons and Alan Taylor shared by multiple drivers. Racing driver links[edit]

Hello, and thank you for adding several tables of racing drivers. Unfortunately, many of the wikilinks lead to disambiguation pages rather than to articles about drivers. (These tables currently hold the top three positions in Wikipedia's list of articles with links to disambiguation pages.) Several other wikilinks lead to unrelated people who share their names with a driver. For example, 2017 National Sports Sedans links to a dance director, two cyclists, a footballer, etc. If the drivers are notable and likely to have articles written about them, please link to those articles or use an unambiguous redlink such as Joe Person (racing driver). If they won't be getting a Wikipedia article, it may be better to leave the names as plain text rather than linking them. Thanks, Certes (talk) 19:58, 8 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Mr. Murdernova98, when you put in a link to a racing driver or a car, do you ever check that these links go to the correct article or do you exzpect others will clean it up for you? Piped links[edit]

WP:Linking. Learn it. Now. --Falcadore (talk) 12:48, 16 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

It seems being rude is the only method of getting your attention. The point I was trying to make is that everytime you remove a [Person (racing driver)|Person] link and change it to [Person] you are breaking the method Wikipedia uses to link articles with each other. For example, John Bowe is a link to a disambiguation page which lists many John Bowes. John Bowe (racing driver) is the article about the racing driver. When you type the link as [John Bowe (racing driver)|John Bowe] the link goes directly to the racing driver but visually removes the {racing driver) portion of the article name so it does not affect sentence structure. Now Graham Smith also leads to a disambiguation page that lists many Graham Smiths but not the racing driver. Graham Smith the Sports Sedan racer is not important enough for his own wikipedia article. But if at a future point Graham Smith does become important enough it points directly to the article Graham Smith would have. I am trying to teach you how wikipedia works. So that everytime you make changes you don't keep breaking articles that others have to clean up later. All those "DPL Bot" messages are wikipedias robots telling you you've broken something. Hopefully this can teach you something so you won't be so clumsy in future. --Falcadore (talk) 21:25, 17 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, so. I just blocked you, based on the fact that user:Falcadore was chastising you again for your repeated errors, and on the fact that tI thought you were still ignoring all the advice and warnings you'd been given. Then I saw that you did respond... once. So I unblocked you, because you did respond. But, if you continue to make this same mistake over and over and over again, and not even try to do better, I will be forced to block you again. Got it? 1988 Amscar Series moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, 1988 Amscar Series, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published, nor does it put the page into any context. Please work on it in draft form and submit for review when complete. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Notice

The article 1993 Amscar Series has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Not a valid article - just a table that can probably be merged into another existing article (though not sure which one). No CSD criteria appears to apply.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. — Matthew Wong (at PMA), 13:29, 20 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on 2018 Skye Sands National Sports Sedans Series requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section R2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a redirect from the article namespace to a different namespace except the Category, Template, Wikipedia, Help, or Portal namespaces.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. 2018 Skye Sands National Sports Sedans Series[edit]

I've tried to help. I've fixed up most of the incorrect links you had made, fixed the broken ones and made a few corrections. The reason the article was moved into Draft space is because it is not an article. It is just a table. At the very least every wikiedpia article needs a few sentences to explain the subject. This is just a list of entries and does not explain anything. Please bring it up to minimum standard before moving it back into regular wikipedia space. Thank you for taking the time to read. --Falcadore (talk) 07:04, 26 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
