Welcome![edit]

Hello, Mumpsoffun, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with Wiki Education; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Article Vetting[edit]

Here are my thoughts on your 5 article choices for this project, Max:

Skurfing: - This article needs a lot of work and has stalled for quite awhile, so this could be a good fit. The editing history seems pretty active, so it's likely you'd be interacting with other editors.

Space Food: - This one seems fairly well-balanced, and the main issue I see being discussed is whether the scope is properly international; this may be a bit challenging as a result.

Chicken Nugget: - This article may be more challenging, since it's approaching B-class status. However, it seems like there are some opportunities to expand content.

Cyber Manhunt in Hong Kong: - This seems like a great fit, since it's been flagged for multiple issues.

Magic 8-Ball: - This one could work, since it appears as though it needs more research.

Overall: I think the Skurfing and Cyber Manhunt articles would be the best fit for this project, particularly if you already have some ideas on how to edit them. Happy to chat further on any of these articles if you have questions. Spike Mugiwara (talk) 16:49, 21 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
