While I would never advocate creating that redirect preemptively, I think there is significant value to the preservation of the history of pages, including the records that show the movement of a page from one title to another. Had this page been first created at the right title, I would support the deletion of a redirect created solely as a navigational aid. This page, however, was first created at the wrong title, then moved. The difference is, to me at least, critical. Remember that the redirect is not an endorsement of the title, merely an administrative record. Rossami (talk) 22:29, 30 June 2008 (UTC)
