Image Tagging Image:Archie map.gif

Warning sign
This media may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:Archie map.gif. I notice the 'image' page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then there needs to be an argument why we have the right to use the media on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then it needs to be specified where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.

If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media qualifies as fair use, consider reading fair use, and then use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other media, consider checking that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Image legality questions page. Thank you. Nv8200p talk 22:31, 5 April 2006 (UTC)

Userspace navagation template

Template:Mollsmolyneux_nav should probably be one of your user subpages - you could still use it as a template ('transclusion'), but it wouldn't be in the Template: namespace. To transclude a page, use it like a normal template but put in the full name (e.g. {{User:Mollsmolyneux/Nav}} would transclude the page User:Mollsmolyneux/Nav). SeventyThree(Talk) 18:22, 14 April 2006 (UTC)

Thanks for doing that so quickly! To finish tidying up, we need to delete Template:Mollsmolyneux_nav. The easiest way to do this would be for you to add {{db|G7, Author requests deletion}} - that should get it Speedy Deleted under criteria General-7. Otherwise, I'll put it under Templates for Deletion and it'll take a week. Thanks again for the coöperation. SeventyThree(Talk) 21:23, 15 April 2006 (UTC)
Perfect. SeventyThree(Talk) 00:10, 17 April 2006 (UTC)

Category links

Please don't add links from the category pages to your user pages as you did on User:Mollsmolyneux/Sandbox/doctor who serials. Thanks. --JeffW 15:17, 16 April 2006 (UTC)

To do page misnamed

It looks like you misnamed your User:Mollsmolynex/To do subpage. Surely that should be User:Mollsmolyneux/To do.

Project Dad's Army

Hello Mollsmolyneux - great idea about the project, as I know there are many regular contributors to the Dad's Army page, although you may need to put a comment on the talk page to publicise it. In fact with a bit of work and a few references, it could well be a featured article candidate.

I don't know whether you would be interested, but a wider "Wikiproject David Croft" might be quite a good idea for the future, as other Croft sitcom pages on here are nowhere near as extensive as the Dad's Army page, and I would imagine have less published literature about them. Image:Dad's Army Cast bw.jpg

Hi, just wondering where you got Image:Dad's Army Cast bw.jpg from and how you know it's released under the GNU Free Documentation License.--Commander Keane 20:37, 5 May 2006 (UTC)

Archbishop

I've created an Archbishop Temple School page - see what you think --Jawr256 17:26, 8 May 2006 (UTC)

Templates

Hi please do not create personal templates in the general template space, they will just be deleted. I've moved your latest to User:Mollsmolyneux/Communist - if you want to transclude this onto your userpage, you will not need to have it in the Template space, you can trannsclude from userspace. i.e {{User:Mollsmolyneux/Communist}} --Doc ask? 10:34, 13 May 2006 (UTC)

Welcome to the Pokémon Collaborative Project, we hope you have a fab time editing Pokémon articles. If you have any questions about the articles, style, content or simply what our favourite Pokémon is (it varies, trust us) leave a message on the project talk page. Cheers and happy editing, Highway Rainbow Sneakers 13:21, 13 May 2006 (UTC)

F1 portal featured article

The F1 portal (in which I assume you have some degree of interest, as your name is listed on Wikipedia:WikiProject_Formula_One) is intended to have a regular rotation of a 'featured article'. I've swapped a few in and out over the last couple of months, but I think it would be better if there were more of a community attempt at deciding this, proposals, votes, that kind of thing. So - why not pop over to Portal_talk:Formula_One#Suggestions_for_Featured_Article: and make a suggestion. Ta. 4u1e 00:30, 26 May 2006 (UTC)

Re: Help

It looks like they're working well for me. Were you able to fix the problem? Or else, could you specify which gallery isn't working? Thanks! — Knowledge Seeker 21:09, 26 May 2006 (UTC)

Wikiproject Blackadder

Wow, that's a bit creepy - I was only thinking the other day that a Blackadder project would be good - it would be nice to get it back to featured status. I've signed up, anyway - hope you don't mind. Bob 20:56, 26 June 2006 (UTC)

License tagging for Image:New Europe.gif

Thanks for uploading Image:New Europe.gif. Wikipedia gets hundreds of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 17:08, 27 June 2006 (UTC)
