Many thanks.

Hey, thanks for catching the anonymous hit on my talk page. I intended my disclaimer as an invitation to a peaceful handshake, and never thought it would be taken as a bigoted rant. Eastcote (talk) 23:08, 18 February 2010 (UTC)

No problem at all. Mo ainm (talk) 09:49, 19 February 2010 (UTC)

Photos

Why are you erasing the photographs? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Gemma.godina501 (talkcontribs) 17:36, 24 February 2010 (UTC)

You are inserting copyrighted material to the article, if you have a photo you wish to add to the article you must upload it here also you can't use another wikipedia article as a source. Mo ainm (talk) 17:42, 24 February 2010 (UTC)

I actually shot those photographs myself, minus the google map of course. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Gemma.godina501 (talkcontribs) 17:49, 24 February 2010 (UTC)

Thats good but you still have to upload them you cant just link to a page that is copyrighted, I could also claim I shot the photos. The upload process is quiet painless and it makes it a lot easier to add the images to the article. Mo ainm (talk) 17:57, 24 February 2010 (UTC)

CSUCI Class

I have been dealing a similar situation with students in this class. They are well intentioned, but their homework assignment is leaving a trail of unfinished, poorly edited, copyrighted material for others to clean-up.Emargie (talk) 20:28, 24 February 2010 (UTC)

So I see, just had a quick look at the Thornhill Francis Broome article needs a good bit of work on it. Oh and thanks for correcting my grammer ;)Mo ainm (talk) 20:31, 24 February 2010 (UTC)
Took me quite a while to see what you meant. Sorry about that I was distracted (by this very subject) I didn't even realize I was doing it. Restored ;). Emargie (talk) 21:42, 24 February 2010 (UTC)

Repeated edits

Hi, you keep asking for citations on the fasih ahmed page and then deleting them. why? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Doxiadis (talkcontribs) 19:54, 2 March 2010 (UTC)

You are inserting links to Facebook, which I have told you is against WP:ELNO, also see WP:MOSBOLD which explains why you don't bold the section headings. Mo ainm~Talk 20:00, 2 March 2010 (UTC)

/ Ok re facebook and bolding the section heads. The citations are from legit sources. Is that an issue? (Doxiadis (talk) 20:04, 2 March 2010 (UTC))

My apologies about the source I have inserted it now. Mo ainm~Talk 20:10, 2 March 2010 (UTC)

Can you help me with other stuff as well? Notability for Fasih Ahmed, Newsweek Pakistan, Associated Group? The pictures put up also posing some problem. Sorry but would appreciate the advice. (Doxiadis (talk) 20:13, 2 March 2010 (UTC))

you've included the citation for the second one. it's still missing for the first. (Doxiadis (talk) 20:15, 2 March 2010 (UTC))

I didn't add the other one as the link is 404 not found, check you have the address correct and re add it. Mo ainm~Talk 20:33, 2 March 2010 (UTC)

I'm not sure it your pro, against, neutral or undecided. Can you shine a light on this? Gnevin (talk) 18:29, 3 March 2010 (UTC)

I'm not exactly sure myself, still would like some clarification as to the birthplace issue, because their club use a flag for the player is not a RS, IMO they only use it because the player was born there. If uncapped and eligible for numerous countries what happens then? Perhaps you could shine a light on this for me. Mo ainm~Talk 19:56, 3 March 2010 (UTC)
This change doesn't really stop situations like the above ,it just prevents wiki users saying he's born here so he should have flag x. How ever this change should allow highlight these situations and allow us to find and add ref where player y says I am from x. I know this isn't perfect but this is about highlighting the fact that a lot of the flags on wiki are added randomly and with out a WP:RS to back up the claims. As someone says , clubs are unlikely to upset there players by adding an incorrect nationality as they are a RS so can be used in 90% of the cases Gnevin (talk) 21:40, 3 March 2010 (UTC)

Hey there. I just wanted to point out Midvaal Local Municipality. I know you have a disagreement with User:TKNast, but please remember he is a new user. Instead of reverting his edits, why not talk to him about his contributions? He seems to want to move the article towards a more neutral point of view, which is beneficial to any page on Wikipedia. He made some comments on the talk page that might be worth checking out. Cheers! avs5221 (talk) 21:26, 4 March 2010 (UTC)

I see that now from the talk page, I am not in any disagreement with the user they were deleting content and removing sources without any edit summary so I reverted and warned the editor. Mo ainm~Talk 21:30, 4 March 2010 (UTC)
Hi Mo ainm. The user concerned was within his rights to remove the content. The source is a dead link, and therefore fails to verify the allegations made in the article, which may well be libellous. I have put a note on the Talk page that, if a reliable source is not provided within seven days, the allegations should be removed. I have also suggested to the user, how the article could be improved. Skinsmoke (talk) 02:19, 16 April 2010 (UTC)

March 2010

Hello Mo ainm/Archives/2010. You tagged "New Sense Geophysics Ltd" for speedy deletion, but you did not notify the article's creator that it had been so tagged. There is strong consensus that the creators of articles tagged for speedy deletion should be warned and that the person placing the tag has that responsibility. All of the major speedy deletion templates contain a pre-formatted warning for this purpose—just copy and paste to the creator's talk page. Thank you. You tagged the article at 20:35, 4 March 2010, and as of 21:21, there was no notification. I have already notified the article's creator. This is just an FYI. :) Avicennasis @ 21:31, 4 March 2010 (UTC)

Your wrong pal I did User talk:Evans.christopher that is the article creator. Please check before you post best, Mo ainm~Talk 21:33, 4 March 2010 (UTC)
I am wrong! I fully apologize! My attention was distracted by the COI username and I missed this. Again, sorry. Avicennasis @ 21:36, 4 March 2010 (UTC)
No problem at all. Mo ainm~Talk 21:38, 4 March 2010 (UTC)

Gaisnborough Trinity

Hello again, I recently undid your edit on the Gainsborough Trinity page as you removed the linking to the clubs official website. The site is currently down and is going through a revamp, however the official forum is still open as usual, so the club have temporarily routed the forum to that original site home page. The official website will return shortly. Thanks Footballgy (talk) 17:33, 9 March 2010 (UTC)

No problem thanks for the heads up. Mo ainm~Talk 17:50, 9 March 2010 (UTC)

Hi Mo ainm. Apologies. I have replied on my Talk page. Apologies once again. Skinsmoke (talk) 15:04, 16 April 2010 (UTC)

No problem mate, just that it was lucky I spotted it. Mo ainm~Talk 16:09, 16 April 2010 (UTC)

WildBot

You aren't doing anything wrong, but you don't have to remove the tag once the disambigs are fixed. WildBot will eventually remove the tag. And, if WildBot was the only editor of the talk page, it'll recommend the talk page be deleted, and another bot will delete the now empty talk page. When you blank the talk page, you prevent the delete from being proposed and completed, leaving a blank talk page. Nothing wrong with that, but I think the deletion is better. - UtherSRG (talk) 17:56, 16 April 2010 (UTC)

Great stuff thanks for the heads up. Mo ainm~Talk 17:58, 16 April 2010 (UTC)

Keiran Hyde

I'm not aware of the length of time that the Wildcats keep their pages on their website, so I couldn't possibly comment on a 6 to 8 week time frame. The link has information that would never become obsolete as they would be considered facts at the time. I'm afraid I don't really follow what you are digging at. Please feel free to change it to become a reference of Hyde being a Wakefield player, but I have no issues with it myself.Londo06 17:25, 17 April 2010 (UTC)

Songs From The Tainted Cherry Tree

Hi there, i noticed you removed two of my links on Wikipedia:Article Incubator/Songs From The Tainted Cherry Tree. The reason given was WP:REPEATLINK. Apparently we have a different view on linking. I use my linking per each new section as do majority of editors here in the following: [1], [2], [3], [4], [5], [6] (CK...... (talk) 08:44, 26 April 2010 (UTC))

You have a very short article and the song is linked 4 times, and per the MOS on linking I will start to remove the ones you have highligted per WP:REPEATLINK. Mo ainm~Talk 10:01, 26 April 2010 (UTC)

An unsourced new Biographical article on a living person will now be deleted if sources are not added in 10 days; please aadd references to those articles immediately on writing them. If you see an article nominated for WP:BLP Prod, and you think you can find a reference, do not just remove the tag, but add the reference first, & say so in the edit summary. IMdB is enough to prevent deletion, but not enough to prove notability; if that is the only source, add a {{BLP IMDB-only refimprove}} tag to the article in place of the unsourced tag you removed. DGG ( talk ) 20:14, 31 May 2010 (UTC)

I have removed the CSD tag on the above artical as there was a claim of significance, however I believe the club is Non notiable and have opened an AfD on it. Codf1977 (talk) 16:13, 2 June 2010 (UTC)

No problem thanks for the note. Mo ainm~Talk 17:05, 2 June 2010 (UTC)

Thank you

I was attempting to remove the "street peddler" acting in revenge from the list myself, but my browser was taking an eternity to update. Wikipedia:Requests for comment/Ryan kirkpatrick has been created due to this editor, should you wish to participate. O Fenian (talk) 21:39, 7 June 2010 (UTC)

I will have a look I was just reading his userpage looks like this (RfC) was the only option as he doesn't appear to want to change his actions. Mo ainm~Talk 21:42, 7 June 2010 (UTC)
