How did you come across this article?? Are you a fan of Ms. Padukone?? -- Bollywood Dreamz talk 17:27, 7 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Ms. Padukone is beautiful but there are plenty of other beautiful women in the world too. LOL ;) However, I cannot deny the fact that she is one of the most attractive woman I've ever seen.
Another thing I wanted to mention is the fact that Ms. Padukone is not a singer. :D In Bollywood, actors just lip-sync to the songs that playback singers have originally sang for. Sometimes, there are some actors who sing a song or two in the film but that is very rare in Bollywood. (P.S. Thanks for keeping an eye on the article.) Help[edit]

{{helpme}} I hope an admin who can read Czech will look at the recent history of this page: Thirty Cases of Major Zeman. An editor who seems to love Communism is removing mention of Communist propaganda. The ref for the comments is in Czech, so I can't tell if there's a problem with it, but come on, it stands to reason that state-sponsored Iron-Curtain television was propaganda, doesn't it? I looked around over at ANI, but I couldn't decide where to bring this up. --Milkbreath (talk) 13:30, 8 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

PasswordUsername is the user. He is doing some kind of editing which is being reverted by Shyamsunder. I am not able to know why! Please join #wikipedia-en-help using http://toolserver.org/~bjelleklang/pjirc/. -- 13:36, 8 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I thought it was User:Soman. Anyway, I followed your link and tried to log in, but I got a page called "Wikipedia :: Web-based IRC client" that just sits there and doesn't let me do anything and displays nothing useful. --Milkbreath (talk) 14:09, 8 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

{{helpme}} The first guy seems to have disappeared. --Milkbreath (talk) 15:19, 8 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Try the link again. What is your problem exactly?--Cubs197 (talk) 15:41, 8 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I tried the link again, again. No dice. And what do you mean by my problem exactly? I guess you mean the problem that caused me to seek help. It's that I see blatant POV-pushing by deleting stuff, and I want to know two things: is it, and who do I see about it? --Milkbreath (talk) 15:55, 8 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to you (or I) can put the helpme tag back on your user talk to alert the wiki-en-help channel to see if they can help.--Cubs197 (talk) 17:35, 8 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Birthplace mention[edit]

Thanks for your comment at [1]. Just wanted to mention that you forgot to sign it (in case it was inadvertent ... I'm always doing that by accident). Thanks again. You may also find the full discussion, which I now point to at that reference, to be of interest.--Epeefleche (talk) 22:38, 12 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

IAR[edit]

I see that you invoked Ignore All Rules in this edit, [2] ,however it's rarely a good idea to edit based on that rule in a long term fashion over several articles and against established practice. Hobartimus (talk) 15:35, 23 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Are you following me?[edit]

You used an edit summary to ask this question, not half an hour after you followed my edit on the article in question [3]. You have some strange sense of homour, or I don't know what to say to that. Hobartimus (talk) 15:39, 23 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Unreferenced BLPs[edit]

Hello Milkbreath! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 944 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:

Chantix = Champix = I've given up[edit]

Hey, Milkbreath. Well, I've done it. I haven't had a cigarette now since 19 November 2009. Thanks to Champix, as it's known in Australia. That stuff really works. In my head, it's as if I've never smoked at all, and that's the way it was from virtually the day after I gave up. No cravings, no regrets, nothing. Bizarre. I kept saying to people "I don't actually want to give up. But I want to want to give up". I got my first wish, then my second wish.

Now, my next challenge is to work out where the hell all that money I'm now not spending on fags* has gone to, because I'm sure not saving any of it. Best to you.

(* Oh, fag = cigarette in Oz-speak; it also means gay male. So there's lots of scope for jokes: "I'm just going outside for a fag. After we're finished, I'll probably have a cigarette or two".  :) -- Jack of Oz ... speak! ... 12:02, 22 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Europe 10,000 Challenge invite[edit]

Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Europe/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like Germany, Italy, the Benelux countries, Iberian Peninsula, Romania, Slovenia etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. If you would like to see masses of articles being improved for Europe and your specialist country like Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon, sign up today and once the challenge starts a contest can be organized. This is a way we can target every country of Europe, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant and also sign under any country sub challenge on the page that you might contribute to! Thank you. --MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 21:09, 7 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
