Tis is what the box says:

- Yeah, it was what we call "collateral damage" - someone with the same IP address as you vandalising, so you get autoblocked when they are blocked. Sorry about that - we've got new software coming online that should help us avoid it in future. In this case, I've tried unblocking the IP, then blocking it again only for anon users. In theory that means you can edit as long as you're logged in. If the theory is wrong, shout me (using {{unblock}} again) and we'll try something else.
