2004 Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami[edit]

Hello Medstudent95, just popping in to let you know that I've seen the quality of the article go down since you've started working on it while logged in (and out). The problem is that there's no communication as to what you're doing. How are we supposed to know what you're thinking as these somewhat significant changes are being applied? The edit summary is there for a reason and I'm going to ask that you please use it. As far as the content goes, much of what you've added is not sourced, or contradicts existing sources. If you're adding content that is not an agreement with existing sources, how is that an improvement to the article? Please consider what I've said here before adding any more content to the article, and remember that we're shooting for quality, not quantity. Jha probably supports the material. Am I right? That book talks quite a bit about inundation distances; that's what the IP user is requesting a citation for. Hi Medstudent95, it is very difficult to understand what you're attempting to do to the article as you make lots of changes at once and don't use edit summaries at all. You will keep on getting reverted if you continue your lack of communication. Also, some of your additions use non-encyclopedic language - Wikipedia is not a tabloid newspaper.
