Request reason:

I have 3 accounts of which all were blocked, I created 2 accounts 3 years ago and i created the third one this year, I didn't intend to violate Wikipedia's policies in anyway. I created an article from a different account which was deleted from another account, i regret doing it hence i ask to be forgiven. If I'm given a chance, I'm willing to remove the other accounts and remain with only this one, and i promise to stick to the Wikipedia guidelines, thank you!. Mcgraham giyan (talk)

There's not enough here to review the request. You haven't declared your various accounts. And it looks to me like this wasn't a legitimate use.
